Bongkotkan is an associate in Asia Capital Markets of the firm’s Bangkok office focusing her practice on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and securities including other general corporate and commercial matters.

 
 Relevant Experience

• Represented a client on the US$ 25 million leverage buyout of all outstanding shares in oil and gas logistic services companies in Thailand.
• Represented a client and its controlling shareholders in the sale of 30% of shares in an affiliate of South Korean tire company located in Thailand, to a foreign strategic partner.
• Advised several leading application and Internet service providers on the E-payment and E-money license application.
• Counsel to a commercial bank, in its capacity as the REIT’s trustee of WHA Business Complex Freehold and Leasehold Real Estate Investment Trust, Thailand's first-ever office-building REIT, which is worth approximately THB 4 billion (US$ 111.1 million), with WHA Real Estate Management Co., Ltd., as the manager of WHABT.
• Represented Chinese Internet value -added services provider in its new business venture with Ookbee Company Limited, a Thai startup providing a digital publication platform for mobile devices.
• Advised leading companies in various areas such as foreign investment, corporate, civil and commercial, labor, consumer protection, environment protection laws.
