Bradley is a Senior Associate in the Birmingham Real Estate Litigation team who qualified in March 2016, having joined Shoosmiths in January 2022.

Bradley deals with a wide range of contentious property issues including lease renewals (both opposed and unopposed), break notices, dilapidations disputes, injunctions, arrears of rent and forfeiture proceedings, service charge disputes and enforcement of lease covenants. Bradley acts for a range of clients, but has a particular focus on the retail sector.
