Brandon focuses on commercial lending matters, particularly on representing banks and financial institutions as agents and lenders, as well as corporate borrowers, in secured lending transactions. His practice includes advising clients in resolution of troubled loans, work-outs and restructuring matters. He also has experience in real estate sale and lease transactions, and environmental issues arising in corporate and real estate transactions. Brandon served as law clerk to the Hon. Robert W. Lovegreen, US District Court, District of Rhode Island, 2002-2003.
