Brian Motloung is an Associate at ENS in the Dispute Resolution practice. 

Brian specialises in General Commercial/Civil Litigation and Public Law Litigation through the South African formal court process and private mediations and arbitrations both locally and internationally.

His experience includes advising, researching, drafting legal memoranda and court process in matters of Construction, Aviation and general contractual interpretation and enforcement matters against both organs of state and private entities.

In addition, Brian is also experienced in Tax Litigation where he manages compliance with court rules and procedures in claims for rebates and has advised clients in the mining sector.
