Brielle focuses on commercial real estate transactions and other business transactions occurring throughout the country, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, due diligence and leasing. She has experience advising investors in the exercise of remedies under limited partnership agreements involving low-income housing tax credits. Brielle also has experience representing both landlords and tenants in leasing matters concerning office, retail and mixed use properties.
