Britney Crawford is an associate in the firm’s Banking and Financial Services Practice Group. Her practice is focused on regulatory and compliance matters, including responding to and resolving government investigations by federal regulators, related to mortgage lenders and servicers, residential solar developers and finance companies, and banks. Britney also has specific experience with fair lending issues arising under the Fair Housing Act (FHA), and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), and its implementing Regulation (Regulation B).

Prior to joining the firm, Britney represented broker-dealers and registered representatives in securities arbitrations in claims involving allegations of sales practice violations, unsuitability, misrepresentation, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty.

Britney received her J.D. (cum laude) from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law and earned her M.B.A. from the University of Florida’s Hough Graduate School of Business. She also has a B.A. (magna cum laude) in Economics from Spelman College.
