Profile

I bring over a decade's worth of experience advising Australian and international clients in relation to technology projects. As part of my practice, I routinely act on technology and data-related transactions in the broader Australasian region. I draw on my experience and my pragmatic approach to risk management to resolve complex challenges favourably.

I am also well versed in advising on the technology and data aspects of M&A transactions, including in relation to transitional services and separation matters.
