Drawing on his extensive background in engineering, Bryan uses his technical knowledge to aid his clients who seek his counsel. He concentrates on domestic and international patent prosecution and intellectual property opinions, including patentability and patent clearance opinions. He also assists intellectual property owners with portfolio management and licensing opportunities and is registered to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office. His clients appreciate his attention to detail in both his work and his communications with them.

Bryan has an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering and has worked as an engineer in coatings and resins manufacturing, paper converting, ink manufacturing and specialty chemicals production, during which time he gained practical experience with many processes and technologies related to specialty organic chemicals, water treatment, chemical separations, air pollution control, process control, paper, printing, pigments, inks, coatings and adhesives.

While focusing his practice on chemical compositions and processes in the areas of petroleum-based materials, specialty chemicals, polymer films and coatings, water treatment processes, and membrane/film technologies, he also has experience preparing and prosecuting mechanical applications.
