Bryony's practice focuses on debt capital markets, where she acts with leading law firms in London and New York advising on high-yield bond issuances (public and private), securitisations and convertible bonds. She has extensive experience in listing securities on The International Stock Exchange including asset-backed securities and variable funding notes.
