Cameron Nathaniel is an Associate at ENS in the Tax practice. 

Cameron specialises in corporate tax, with particular focus on mergers, acquisitions and demergers, international tax and cross border planning, financing arrangements, as well as exchange control matters.

He has acted for clients in the financial service industry, manufacturing and retail sectors.

Cameron’s experience includes advising clients on domestic and offshore structures relating to wide range of transactions such as corporate restructures and financing arrangements, assisting clients resolve tax disputes,  performing tax due diligence reviews, drafting exchange control applications and drafting tax ruling applications. He has furthermore assisted international and South African multinationals with their transfer pricing needs, including transfer pricing planning advice, economic analyses together with benchmarking studies and the preparation of transfer pricing compliance documentation.

Cameron has also completed the Transfer Pricing Advisory Programme through the South African Institute of Taxation.
