- Advised public and private companies on general corporate governance issues.
- Represented Latin American companies in domestic public debt offerings, including US dollar-, Euro- and CHF-denominated bonds and 144A offerings.
- Represented Latin American companies in initial public offerings, including 144A-, Reg S- and SEC-registered offerings.
- Advised underwriters in numerous equity and debt offerings in the Brazilian and international capital markets.
- Represented a major Brazilian oil company, and its financing subsidiary, in several public debt offerings, including the largest-ever bond offering for a Brazilian company in the international capital markets.
