Caroline Zielinski is an Associate in the firm's Litigation Department. Most recently, Ms. Zielinski served as a law clerk to the Hon. Chief Judge Laura Taylor Swain of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Ms. Zielinski was previously a litigation associate in the New York office of an international law firm.
