Profile
I am passionate about regulatory reform and development projects. I have worked with clients to deliver exciting projects and service property portfolios across all sectors including education, office, industrial, retail and residential for the past 18 years.
I work with clients in both the private and public sector, and up and down the contracting chain. As a member of MinterEllison’s Education Industry Group I have a special interest in working with schools and tertiary institutions.
My insights extend throughout the lifecycle of a project, including competitive EOI process, heads of agreement negotiation, project delivery agreements, design development, construction, defects liability and operational phases.
AppointmentsI am a founding member of the Property Council of Australia’s Building Regulations Committee.
I am pleased to represent the Property Council of Australia on the industry consultation panel for the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020 (NSW). The panel has been convened by industry stakeholders working with the NSW Building Commissioner as part of the Reform Pillar 4 (Building Better Procurement Methods) working group.
