Catherine Bowe is a seasoned corporate attorney with both in-house and big firm experience. Catherine has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring complex acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, equity and debt financing and investment funds, including fund formation, marketing materials, investor side letters and regulatory matters. She also has broad experience in corporate governance, complex contractual arrangements and general corporate matters. Gaining valuable experience from over 17 years as an in-house legal adviser, Catherine is extremely adept at advising and guiding clients to achieve balance between business objectives and managed risks.
