Profile
Célia is a senior counsel in the Corporate M&A practice with more than 20 years's experience. She has advised on privatisation processes in Portugal and has handled some of the country's most significant transactions in various sectors, including road concessions, waste management and private security.
Célia regularly assists clients in the automotive and private security sectors and has extensive experience in joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and commercial contracts.
She is a member of PLMJ's Italian Desk.
Célia completed a postgraduate course in commercial law at the Faculty of Law of Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
