Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Gao practiced with several well-known PRC law firms for more than six years. His major practice areas include the formation and deployment of private equity funds, M&A, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.
Mr. Gao has solid experience in the formation and deployment of private equity funds. In addition, he has been significantly involved in the formation and deployment of numerous onshore and offshore private equity funds, a variety of M&A transactions, Sino-foreign joint venture projects, and foreign direct investment projects in the areas of real estate, consumer products, high-tech, and general manufacturing. Mr. Gao is also familiar with general corporate matters, and provides routine PRC legal advisory support to multinational companies.
