Profile

Charles Glover is an associate in the New York Office of Haynes and Boone. His practice focuses on commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes, white collar litigation, and data privacy law.

Charles represents a wide array of clients, both public and private, from their earliest stages of development to mature companies. His diverse resume and solutions-oriented focus allow him to develop and implement strategies designed around his clients’ goals. Charles’ representations include litigation on behalf of the National Football League and Marvel Entertainment, LLC in which he successfully obtained relief from violations of their intellectual property, working with national airlines as well as national banks to evaluate risk and develop effective business strategies, and the defense of individuals and institutions before federal, local, and international law enforcement agencies and regulators. Charles has also successfully argued before a federal judge to obtain discovery relief for a major domestic fashion designer.

Prior to law school, Charles served as the Brooklyn Borough Director in the Office of the Mayor for New York City Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg. There he developed strong communication and management skills through his work as a liaison between the mayor and federal, state, and local elected officials as well as government agencies and community stakeholders. Charles is also an Eagle Scout. He volunteers with the Greater New York City Council where he serves as a mentor to prospective Eagle Scouts.
