Relevant Experience
- Assisted in the representation of an investment company focused on investing in renewable energy assets in connection with seeking regulatory approval from the PUCT of sale/transfer/merger applications.
- Assisted in the counsel and representation of a public utility holding company in connection with seeking regulatory approval from FERC for authorization under Section 203 of the Federal Power Act.
- Assisted in the representation of Texas’ largest electric transmission company in connection with seeking regulatory approval from PUCT for an interim update to its wholesale transmission rates.
- Conducted regulatory assessment and due diligence on behalf of lenders and purchasers in connection with the acquisition of water and sewage utility facilities.
