Charlie is an associate in Carey Olsen's Jersey corporate team. He assists with a range of corporate, banking and finance, and listing matters.
His practice focuses primarily on investment funds and listing services, but he has experience in fund formations, including their establishment and regulation in Jersey, corporate real estate and mergers and acquisitions.

Professional Career
Charlie joined Carey Olsen in September 2018.
Charlie graduated from Cardiff University in 2018 having studied Law and French (LLB). He spent a year abroad in Toulouse studying French Law at l'Université Toulouse 1 Capitole.
Charlie completed the LPC in March 2021, and has recently completed the SQE 2 – following which he was admitted as a solicitor, qualified in England and Wales.
