Chris represents commercial banks and investment funds in middle-market finance transactions.

Chris is an associate in the Atlanta office. His practice focuses on the representation of agents and lenders in a variety of secured lending transactions, including leveraged acquisitions, refinancings, recapitalizations and lender finance credit facilities.

Chris is a member of the Atlanta Pro Bono Committee, and provides pro bono legal services through the Southside Legal Center, the Atlanta Legal Aid Society and the Georgia Appleseed Center for Law & Justice.
