Christian advises sponsors, lenders, contractors and suppliers in project development, finance and asset acquisition and disposition transactions across the energy, oil and gas, infrastructure and mining and metals sectors. With more than 25 years of experience in the US, Latin America and Africa, Christian represents sponsors, lenders, suppliers and offtakers in all aspects of the development, acquisition, financing and divestiture of energy, oil and gas, infrastructure and mining projects, with a particular focus on energy transition and cross-border transactions.

Christian’s primary focus is on the contracts related to the business of each individual project. Given his deep understanding of the challenges related to the development and implementation of the different types of projects and the particular needs of sponsors, lenders, suppliers and offtakers, Christian is able to provide a practical, commercial-driven and holistic approach on his advice to the clients.
