Christie’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, leverage buyouts, commercial finance transactions and venture capital financing.
His experience also encompasses corporate governance and securities regulations compliance on behalf of public companies and venture financings. Prior to joining the firm, Christie served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel to Golden State Bancorp Inc. and California Federal Bank. He also served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for the California Federal Preferred Capital Corporation.
Christie has been a speaker for numerous seminars covering topics such as mergers and acquisitions, public financings, venture capital financings and similar corporate and securities transactions.
