Christina Seanor is a seasoned litigator who handles complex, high-stakes litigation across the Southeast. Her pragmatic approach is bolstered by her ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines and offices, ensuring that her clients receive comprehensive and strategic representation.

After beginning her career handling commercial property coverage disputes in the petro-energy sector at a boutique insurance firm, Christina transitioned to Bradley, where she continues to advise clients on contract interpretation, subrogation, and indemnification. At Bradley, her practice has grown to encompass commercial disputes, constitutional law, toxic torts, and labor and employment. Her diverse experience spans industries, from refining and manufacturing to healthcare, and she works with a broad spectrum of clients, including Fortune 50 companies and small business owners. She has litigated local administrative matters, multi-defendant cases, class actions, multidistrict litigation (MDLs), and appeals in state and federal courts. Christina’s nuanced background enables her to anticipate potential issues and offer holistic advice tailored to her clients' needs.

In her role, Christina has represented corporate clients in litigation involving successor liability issues, intellectual property and business disputes, including trademark-licensee standing, trademark dilution, and trademark discovery under the Lanham Act, and antitrust issues under the Sherman Act, Clayton Act, and FTC Act 15 U.S.C. § 3501. She has experience on both sides of product liability, professional malpractice, and insurance coverage disputes. Christina also advises healthcare clients on state and federal regulations and defends them in lawsuits involving claims of deliberate indifference, False Claims Act violations, and retaliation under EMTALA and FCA. She has experience navigating complex privilege issues under state and federal law related to corporate management agreements and medical peer review — including Mississippi Code Ann. §41-63-1 and patient safety work product under the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Act.

Christina is adept at securing and enforcing protective orders under state and federal law and regularly navigates Mississippi’s Public Records Act. She has assisted clients with emergency bid protests before the Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services (ITS) and Department of Finance and Administration (DFA).

Christina leverages data and AI for predictive analytics, case strategy development, and efficient document review, ensuring her clients receive cutting-edge solutions and timely insights. Her commitment to integrating technology into her practice helps her address day-to-day legal questions with exceptional efficiency and effectiveness.

Christina regularly provides pro bono service to those in need and especially enjoys her work with the Mississippi Volunteer Lawyers Project’s Settlement Assistance Program, through which she represents pro se litigants at settlement conferences in civil cases in the Southern District Court of Mississippi. To date she’s helped indigent litigants recover more than $80,000. Christina has served in leadership roles in state bar associations, including the Young Lawyers Division of the Mississippi Bar, the Capital Area Bar Association, Jackson Young Lawyers, and Mississippi Women Lawyers Association. Within the firm, she is active with the Winn Initiative, Bradley’s internal career development group for women attorneys.
