Mr. Lin began his legal career in 2009. Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Lin practiced at two other elite PRC law firms.
Mr. Lin focuses his practice on commercial dispute resolution. In particular, Mr. Lin handles disputes arising out of equity investments and financings, red-chip structure investments, control contests, M&A transactions, cross-border investment and trade, and real estate and construction projects.
Mr. Lin has a strong interest in the interaction between dispute resolution and transaction practices. Mr. Lin is especially skilled in resolving disputes by drawing on his transactional experiences and by taking advantage of various ADR measures.
Red-chip structure dispute resolution has been a niche practice which Mr. Lin has heavily embraced in recent years. Mr. Lin is skilled in handling and gained extensive experience in different disputes arising out of red-chip structure investments, representing founders, operating entities, and offshore investors. Mr. Lin consistently handles these red-chip disputes to the satisfaction of his clients.
