Cindee Gannon is a paralegal working with the firm's business transaction, corporate finance and securities groups. She assists with entity formation, dissolutions, mergers and acquisitions, stock transactions, corporate governance, due diligence, UCC research, compliance and registered agent services. Her extensive background in accounting, administrative management, and government and private sector budgeting helps her effectively and efficiently manage complex client projects.

Cindee is an in-house presenter and trainer to the firm’s paralegals and project assistants for the Registered Agent Program.
