Profile

Collin Hong is an Associate in the firm's Litigation Department. He focuses his practice on life sciences patent litigation. Mr. Hong has represented major pharmaceutical companies in cases brought under the Patent Act and Hatch-Waxman Act in federal district courts and the Federal Circuit. He has also litigated medical device cases brought under the Patent Act. Mr. Hong previously served as a law clerk for the Hon. Eli J. Richardson for the United States District Court of the Middle District of Tennessee. Prior to clerking, he worked as a patent litigation associate at a law firm in New York.
