Cornelia Hausiku is an Associate at ENS in the Banking and Finance practice.

Cornelia specialises in general banking and finance with a particular focus on leveraged finance, general corporate finance, trade finance and debt restructuring.

Her experience includes advising financial institutions, borrowers and sponsors on various debt and equity transactions including cross border bilateral and syndicated transactions and security structures established thereunder.

Cornelia has advised local and international banking institutions, private equity funds, listed and private sponsors and borrowers in various sectors including mining, renewable energy and real estate.

Prior to joining the banking and finance practice, Cornelia gained experience in corporate commercial law, assisting with mergers and acquisitions as well as advisory mandates.
