Craig Smith counsels clients of all types in transactional and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals, joint ventures, consolidations and reorganizations. In addition to representing manufacturing, commercial and service businesses, Craig represents clients in the healthcare and life sciences industries and frequently works with hospitals and health systems, physician groups, practice management companies, accountable care organizations (ACOs), ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and other providers to help them navigate the complex financial and regulatory issues that arise when executing deals in the highly regulated healthcare landscape.

Craig is also deeply experienced in general commercial, governance and financing matters, including commercial lending, bond, private equity and venture capital transactions, enabling him to work alongside his clients to best address their unique transactional needs.
