Cynthia is an associate of counsel whose practice focuses on litigation. Cynthia has worked with companies in numerous industries representing clients regarding insurance coverage issues, general commercial litigation, and various contract disputes. Cynthia has significant experience representing clients regarding mass torts.  She also has experience as an Executive Director of a nonprofit organization. Cynthia would manage daily operations, and carry out its mission according to the strategic direction of a board of directions; create grants applications and organizational documents; plan and raise funds for an endowment. Cynthia received her J.D. from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law.
