Capital markets:
•Advising Figeac Aéro on its issuance of ORNANE by way of private placement (€100m, 2017)
•Advising Novacyt (Euronext Growth Paris) on its dual listing on AIM London, following a reserved share capital increase (€9.7m, 2017)
•Advising M2i (Euronext Access) on the transfer of the company from Euronext Access to Euronext Growth by way of private placement (€6.8m, 2017)
•Advising O2i (Euronext Growth) on the issuance of shares with share subscription warrants attached, with preferential subscription rights (€2.7m, 2017)
•Advising Figeac Aéro (Alternext) on (i) a capital increase of €86.2m following a public offering, (ii) the sale of the shares by the reference shareholder (€10m), and (iii) the transfer of the company on the regulated market of Euronext Paris (2016)
•Advising Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation in relation to the fund raising of Vallourec for €1bn through a reserved issuance of mandatory convertible bonds and the subscription to a capital increase with preferential subscription rights) (2016)
•Advising Etablissements Maurel & Prom on (i) its issuance of ORNANE (€253m, 2014) and (ii) a simultaneous buyback of OCEANE maturing in 2014, performed over the counter as part of a reverse bookbuilding process and continued on the stock market in a procedure involving payoff at the same price
•Advising Bpifrance Investissement on its acquisition of a stake in Serge Ferrari Group, as part of the global investment related to the listing of Serge Ferrari Group shares on the Euronext regulated market in Paris (€38m, 2014)
•Advising the Fonds Stratégique d’Investissement on its acquisition of a stake as part of a capital increase with preferential subscription rights of Cegedim, a company listed on Euronext Paris (€180m, 2009)
•Advising Groupe Eurotunnel on (i) the issuance, without preferential subscription rights and with a priority period, of subordinated notes redeemable as shares in Groupe Eurotunnel SA and listing on the Luxembourg Stock Market (€800m, 2008), (ii) the free allocation of warrants for all shareholders of Groupe Eurotunnel SA (€900m, 2008) and (iii) the financial restructuring involving in particular the issuance and listing on Euronext of new shares, bonds redeemable as shares and warrants for Groupe Eurotunnel SA shares (€250m, 2007)
•Advising BNP Paribas and Goldman Sachs International as leaders – joint bookrunners and Lazard-NATIXIS, Société Générale CIB and Calyon as co-leaders on the issuance of shares and OCEANE by Groupe Steria, a company listed on Euronext Paris (€200m, 2007)
