Dana Hiscock is a member of the firm’s Trusts and Estates group. Mr. Hiscock's practice focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, charitable gift and bequest planning, and exempt organizations matters. He represents high net worth individuals and families, including owners of private businesses, corporate and financial services executives, and U.S. citizens residing abroad. He serves as a trustee of various trusts established by clients and their families. Mr. Hiscock’s exempt organizations practice has focused on the establishment and representation of charitable entities, particularly private foundations and charitable trusts, hospitals and other medical care and research entities, and foreign charities.
