Daniel focuses his practice on IP litigation and patent prosecution matters.

As a member of the intellectual property team, Daniel represents clients in connection with patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation. He also drafts patent applications for clients spanning a variety of industries and technologies, including financial services, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), neural networks, data protection, medical devices, motion tracking devices, wellbore machinery, and energy conservation.

Daniel is a thought leader on topics including IP issues related to non-fungible tokens (NFT or NFTs) and the metaverse.

Daniel’s pro bono work includes drafting patent applications and defending them before the US Patent and Trademark Office.
