Profile
Dr. Daniel Bihary mainly deals with international transactions in the M&A practice group of the firm. He participates in the preparation and execution stages of major market acquisitions, representing both the sellers' and the buyers' side. He has also gained experience in merger control and sector specific market surveillance procedures in the food industry.
In addition to his transactional work, Daniel is involved in the work of the firm's extensive litigation team, primarily in the course of international commercial arbitration proceedings and the enforcement of judgments in Hungary.
He is fluent in English and German.
