Danny Feltham has significant experience in advising privately held and publicly traded companies on a broad range of transactional matters, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and general corporate matters.
Danny also serves as outside general counsel to venture capital funds, private equity portfolio companies and family-owned businesses. He has participated in numerous transactions across industries both domestically and internationally. Danny has handled transactions for the following firms: Arlington Family Offices, Caduceus Capital Partners, Eastside Partners, EBSCO Ventures, GI Partners, McKinney Capital, Triple Aim Partners, White Point Partners and Anderson Growth Partners. In addition, he has been involved in transactions with the following firms: AEA Investors, Ballast Point Ventures, Carousel Capital, Google Ventures, Gryphon Investors, Hicks Equity Partners, Highland Capital Management, Pfingsten Partners, Salesforce Ventures, TA Associates and Genstar Capital.
A graduate of Vanderbilt University Law School, he received a certificate in Law and Business and served as senior managing editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. Danny also earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance (summa cum laude) from Auburn University’s Raymond J. Harbert College of Business. Prior to joining Bradley, Danny clerked for the Hon. R. David Proctor on the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
