Danny McEntee advises clients on a broad range of strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, line of equity investments, internal reorganizations, and general corporate matters, with additional experience in corporate governance, SEC compliance, and bankruptcy matters.

Danny has represented clients in a wide variety of industries, including energy, chemicals, deathcare, retail, tech, and financial services. His energy industry representation has covered a broad set of sub-sectors, including exploration and production, midstream, refining, oilfield services, petrochemicals, and renewable energy.
