Daniel Dubyak is an Attorney in the Firm’s Orange County office and a member of the Corporate practice group. Mr. Dubyak regularly counsels global, middle market and emerging growth companies from formation to exit, handling all aspects of entity formation and general corporate governance issues, mergers and acquisitions (including structuring roll-ups and tax free reorganizations), complex corporate restructuring matters, financing events and securities regulation.

• Passport Brand Design, LLC, in its sale to the US subsidiary of the UK-based advertising conglomerate, WPP, PLC.
• Healthcare Management Services, LLC, in its sale of seven skilled nursing facilities, an assisted living facility, an office building, and the business of eight related operating entities, to the affiliates of International Equity Partners, Inc.
• Assured Relocation, Inc., a company that provides temporary housing, in its sale to CRS Redwood, LLC.
• FluidFi Inc. d/b/a Alchemy Technologies, an embedded financing software company, in its sale (through a reverse triangular merger) to Business Warrior Corporation.
