Daniel focuses his practice on real estate and commercial development. His experience includes work with state and federal tax, securities, merger, and fiduciary duty within entities; sales and acquisitions of real estate; and drafting, reviewing, and revising agreements, disclosures, and documents for business formation and dissolution, as well as purchase and sale of businesses and real estate.

Prior to joining Dinsmore, Daniel’s experiences also included various litigation matters. He received his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law
