Daniela acts for landlords and corporate occupiers on the acquisition, disposal, and grant of leases and all aspects of portfolio management.

Her recent experience includes acting:

1. on the asset sale of 13 dealerships as part of a strategic disposal for Nissan Motor (GB) Limited;
2. on behalf of an automotive finance house to facilitate the financing of a number of new dealerships in the UK;
3. for the buyer on a £30m acquisition of a landmark building in west London; and 
4. for a global engineering company in relation to various asset management mandates across its UK portfolio.

Daniela graduated from the University of Portsmouth and undertook her legal practice course at the University of Law in Reading. Daniela completed her training contract with Shoosmiths and qualified in September 2022.  In 2019 she spent 6 months on secondment in the legal team of the Nissan-Renault Alliance.
