Dexus Funds Management Limited: Part of the MinterEllison Team who acted for Dexus in relation to its appointment as exclusive developer of, and its acquisition of a majority ownership interest in, Atlassian's new headquarters in Sydney (which will be a market-leading sustainable 40-level office tower).

Stockland: Advising Stockland on the acquisition of a 50% leasehold interest in the Piccadilly Centre for $347M.

NSW Government: Acting for NSW Government in relation to the $93.5M sale and leaseback of heritage-listed 19 O'Connell Street to Lendlease.

Stockland: Advised in relation to an agreement for lease and lease with Amazon for a $264M data centre, as part of Stockland's M_Park development. Danielle worked closely with Stockland to address some unique challenges associated with the use of the premises as a data centre and Amazon's requirements.

Transport for NSW: Advised TfNSW on various matters, including:

• the redevelopment of the new Sydney Fish Market, located in Blackwattle Bay;
• the redevelopment and long term lease of Garden Island; and
• the redevelopment and management of a working industrial site at Wentworth Point.

Place Management NSW: Advising on documentation for the redevelopment and long term lease of Darling Square (Darling Harbour), following a major Lendlease development.

EDF Renewables: Advising EDF Renewables on the acquisition of freehold and leasehold interests in various rural properties for the purposes of developing and operating renewable energy facilities.

University of NSW: Advised in relation to the redevelopment of a new premium integrated student accommodation, office, retail, leisure and lifestyle precinct on Anzac Parade, Kensington.

Lennox Redevelopment: Advised the developer in relation to the property aspects of the Lennox Redevelopment in Parramatta (which spans the Parramatta River and includes foreshore parks and civic spaces, a convention centre, cafes, retail and two residential towers).

Acting for institutional landlords (such as AMP Capital, The GPT Group and Dexus) on their commercial and industrial leasing portfolios.
