Dariel Abrahamy is a partner in Greenspoon Marder’s Commercial Litigation and Civil Practice Group. Mr. Abrahamy has spent his entire 20-year career at Greenspoon Marder. Mr. Abrahamy focuses his practice on commercial real estate litigation, contract disputes, business disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, foreclosures, quiet title actions, escrow and security deposit claims, and collections. Mr. Abrahamy practices in both state and federal court.

Mr. Abrahamy prides himself on being detail-oriented while providing a high level of personalized, responsive client service. He handles all aspects of litigation, including trial, and also handles appeals and oral arguments in all of Florida’s appellate districts.

After growing up in South Florida, Mr. Abrahamy attended Washington University in St. Louis, where he obtained a B.S.B.A. from the Olin School of Business. He then returned to South Florida, receiving his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
