Darius Hartwell represents a broad spectrum of clients in his corporate and transactional practice, including debt and equity finance, mergers and acquisitions, governance, and general corporate law. Darius works closely with clients in many aspects of their businesses and brings a solution-oriented approach to helping them reach their goals. In transactions and other business contexts, Darius strives to assist companies in maximizing value and maintaining thought leadership and exemplary corporate citizenship.
In addition to working with clients in financial services, healthcare, and the technology industries, Darius represents many of the region’s best independent restauranteurs, chefs and food purveyors.
