David has a broad based commercial practice including a major UK REIT, FTSE 100 food retailer and a number of institutional investment funds. Having developed expertise and experience in the field of development, David has advised on a number of significant office, retail and mixed use projects across Scotland. He also advises UK banks and Insolvency Practitioners on the property aspects of restructuring and insolvency.
