As an Associate within the Intellectual Property & Technology Group at A&L Goodbody, Deirdre advises clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters across a broad range of areas, including trade marks, copyright, patents, advertising & promotions, data protection and commercial contracts. Contentious experience includes acting for clients in High Court proceedings relating to trade mark disputes, copyright infringement and comparative advertising, as well as Commercial Court patent litigation. Non-contentious experience includes advising clients on various matters relating to copyright, trade marks, advertising campaigns and promotions, Irish data protection law, consumer law and commercial contracts. As resident Associate in A&L Goodbody's San Francisco office, Deirdre also advises and assists US and international clients on all aspects of establishing operations in Ireland.
