Derry represents major foreign and domestic financial institutions in connection with various esoteric securitizations, warehouse lending transactions and derivatives.

Derry is a member of the structured finance and securitization practice and he represents banks and specialty finance companies in connection with esoteric securitizations, warehouse lending transactions and derivatives in their capacity as issuers, depositors, swap counterparties, derivatives dealers, end-users, underwriters, placement agents and loan sellers in public and private offerings. Derry negotiates and drafts securitization offering documents, pooling and servicing agreements, indentures, underwriting agreements, legal opinions, warehouse lending documents, loan and other asset funding agreements, inter-creditor agreements, co-lender agreements and preferred equity positions.

Prior to joining the firm, Derry was a capital markets associate at a large law firm in New York. Prior to his law firm career, Derry served in various roles at two leading multinational investment banks.
