Profile
Didier Poracchia is a Lecturer in Law (private law).
He is currently a Professor at Paris I University, having taught previously at the University of Aix-Marseille. A former Director of the Institut de droit des affaires (Business Law Institute) of the Aix-Marseille law faculty, he remains a member of the Centre de droit du sport (Sports Law Centre), was Scientific Co-director of the Lamy droit du sport (sports law publication) which has now become Encyclopédie Droitdusport.com.
He was Director of the Master’s degree in corporate engineering at the Aix-Marseille faculty of law. Moreover, he was responsible for the company law review in the journal Droit et Patrimonie (law and heritage) and a review on private equity in the Revue trimestrielle de droit financier (Quarterly Financial Law Review). He is also Editorial Advisor to the journal
