Diego Baldomir, lawyer, mainly works in the Banking and Corporate Department. He holds a Master in Corporation Law from the University of Montevideo (1997). His practice includes financing in the public and private sectors, public and private offers of securities, banking transactions, mergers and acquisitions, project finance, investment structuring, start-ups and in general advising Internet companies. He specialized in the areas of telecommunications and Internet. Participated as speaker in several seminars and conferences about the reorganization of companies and regulation of telecommunications.
