This includes registering these entities with the Ministry of Governance, ensuring they comply with all necessary legal and regulatory requirements to operate effectively. Furthermore, he has provided comprehensive advice to these organizations, supporting them in developing effective strategies to achieve their goals and maintain regulatory compliance. He has also been involved in the process of creating new companies and registering foreign branches in the country, ensuring that all required procedures and formalities are carried out for their establishment and legal operation.
