Don is an associate in the Bangkok office focusing on private equity and international and cross-border transactions.

He has experience in commercial transactions, corporate due diligence, venture capital and transactions involving foreign law. Prior to joining the firm, Don assisted foreign-based technological startups and other early-stage companies in matters relating to foreign business and investment laws in Thailand and with contractual negotiations with large private equity investors. His experience included assisting  mobile app developers with participation in the Bank of Thailand FinTech regulatory sandbox and advising a Singapore-based venture capital fund on potential investments in Southeast Asia.
