Dragan Karanovic is a Founding Partner and heads the Corporate & Commercial Practice Group. He has over 20 years of experience advising multinational clients, financial institutions and governments on mergers and acquisitions, privatisation and energy and infrastructure transactions, and has been involved in some of the largest deals in the market to date.
