Dubraska is part of the Corporate area of practice and focuses on International Economic and Intergration Law, as well as International Taxation of Companies. She joined Hoet Pelaez Castillo & Duque in 2016 as an associate, after having developed part of her professional career in different domestic firms and an international auditing and consulting services firm. Recently, she worked as a legal consultant of an outstanding consulting firm. Dubraska provides counselling on various matters such as contracts, mergers & acquisitions, corporations, commercial law, economic issues, due diligence, corporate governance of legal entities and compliance of mercantile companies.
